GLSS, is seeking a Associate Managing Site Supervisor to support projects at NAS Lemoore, CA.
Military experience is a plus. This position is contingent upon award of contract.
Job Description:
Responsible for assisting the Managing Site Supervisor (MSS) with Task Order execution to PWS standard within awarded costs to deliver Ground Support Equipment Maintenance support services. Serves as the alternate point of contact for the Customer and has full authority to execute contract requirements.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the Ground Support Maintenance Section, assisting the MSS in transition to full performance.
Resource allocations to meet requirements within scope, schedule reviewing, validating time cards, and resolving performance issues.
Task order management, performance, quality of work, MTC/ETC staffing compliance, team member management.
CDRL submission; SOP/LOI implementation and enforcement, employee conduct, customer coordination and satisfaction.
Meet all requirements and furnish all deliverables as outlined by the MSS or Program Manager.
Provides management and coordination of the contractors effort in support of the customer.
Provides technical direction, leadership, supervision, training, and mentoring of the GLSS workforce.
Experience:
Have an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
Requires a DOW active Secret Security Clearance.
Requires 10 or more years' of prior management experience.
A minimum of 10 or more years’ experience managing Organizational, Intermediate or Depot level aircraft maintenance operations supporting a fleet of 10 or more fixed.
Five (5) or more years’ experience managing F-35C maintenance operations is highly desirable.
Program/Project Management.
Aircraft Maintenance Quality Control.
Managing a workforce of 30 personnel providing Organizational, Intermediate and/or Depot Level.
Fixed or Rotary Wing Aircraft Maintenance services.
Deliverable item development and Managing workforce training.
