What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Manager position at System Soft Technologies?
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary product owner and liaison between users and technology teams
- Define product vision and maintain a clear, value‑driven product roadmap
- Own the product lifecycle, including enhancements, upgrades, releases, and backlog prioritization
- Lead change management efforts, including communication, training, and adoption planning
- Develop training materials, job aids, and in‑person learning sessions
- Create and track product adoption and performance metrics, reporting results to stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, and feature roadmaps
- Lead and continuously improve ITIL service processes (incident, change, request, and problem management)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, agile delivery, or related roles
- Strong communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive adoption
- Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 platforms, or other SaaS solutions strongly preferred
- Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO) preferred
