IT Product/Project Manager ServiceNow
Colorado Springs, CO | Hybrid (local residents will only be considered)
Contract to Hire --> W2 role

This role offers the opportunity to own and evolve a critical ServiceNow platform, shaping how IT services are delivered, adopted, and continuously improved across a large, multi stakeholder environment.
You'll sit at the intersection of people, process, and technology-driving adoption, improving workflows, and maximizing the value of a highly visible enterprise platform.
What You'll Do- Act as the primary product owner and liaison between users and technology teams
- Define product vision and maintain a clear, value driven product roadmap
- Own the product lifecycle, including enhancements, upgrades, releases, and backlog prioritization
- Lead change management efforts, including communication, training, and adoption planning
- Develop training materials, job aids, and in person learning sessions
- Create and track product adoption and performance metrics, reporting results to stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, and feature roadmaps
- Lead and continuously improve ITIL service processes (incident, change, request, and problem management)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, agile delivery, or related roles
- Strong communication skills across technical and non technical audiences
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive adoption
- Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 platforms, or other SaaS solutions strongly preferred
- Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO) preferred
