This full-time position offers a base salary of $43,600 plus an industry-leading, company-funded retirement plan, generous PTO, profit-sharing, and health benefits. Total first-year compensation exceeds $50,000.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage inbound customer calls, route service requests, and coordinate installations
- Maintain and update CRM systems with service and customer data
Accounting Functions
- Create and send invoices, manage collections, and generate POs
- Code bills, approve timesheets, and assist with order fulfillment
Quality & Customer Records
- Review and manage test certificates and customer equipment files
- Support internal training and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

- Prior experience as an Office Manager or similar admin role
- Customer service experience is required

Location: Onsite at our Broken Arrow, OK office
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift, 8am-4:30pm
