Job Description

System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to expand our team with a driven Sales Manager with a proven track record of success. In this position, you’ll be a part of a sales organization that is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. You’ll oversee a team of professional sales representatives to help with their personal development and growth helping to pave the way to the entire team’s success.

By working with System Pavers, you’ll also have the opportunity to take appointments with our clients with provided pre-qualified sales leads generated by our marketing department.

About You

  • Strong Leadership Abilities: You’re driven by a desire to lead a team to success through your coaching as well as encourage friendly competition to drive results

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a team mixed with veteran and green sales staff – help motivate and inspire the team to hit their goals
  • Drive team to bring in revenue
  • Track the results and successes of the sales team
  • Responsible for reporting and tracking of the metrics of the department – this will be light administrative work as the goal is to be out in front of the team acting as the motivator
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the sales team
  • Interview, hire and mentor new employees
  • Conduct ride along/shadowing appointments with sales representatives
  • Run appointments in addition to the managerial responsibilities
  • If you are good at coaching, training, and motivating sales representatives and bringing about improvement then this might be a fit for you!

Experience & Skills

  • Successful proven outside sales experience; in-home sales (preferred)
  • Sales manager experience
  • Have a lot of GRIT and do what it takes to make things happen
  • Strong creative or design experience
  • Very resourceful personality
  • Consider yourself a “people person”
  • High integrity, ethics, and a positive mindset
  • Display a commitment to self-development/self-improvement
  • Coach-able and open to new ideas
  • Enjoys working with a team that has a strong culture and then adding to it
  • Bachelor’s degree a Plus
