About You
This position is a full-time role that offers a salary of $65k bonus & commissions, company truck, and gas card.

- Creative Problem Solver:You love the idea of drawing on your construction experience to provide efficient and effective solutions to any problems that may arise.
- Manage multiple jobs sites.
- Manage multiple crews.
- Crew recruitment.
- Main point of contact with homeowners during installation.
- Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied.
- Daily updates upon job site inspections.
- Change orders and “up selling”.
- 2 years hospitality experience
- Comfortable with basic geometry and math
- Experience managing multiple projects & clients at once
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews ok.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Positive “can do” attitude is critical.
- Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines.
- A background check will be conducted for this position.
