About You

- Assisting in Evaluation and Solution of Potential Field Problems
- Acting as the Liaison via Phone and Email between Home Owners, Sub Contractors, & Employees
- Coordinating and Managing Multiple Active Job Site Schedules
- Tracking All Jobs in Progress
- Completing & Sending Out PO's Within Appropriate Time Frames
- Being Responsible for Deposits and Submitting Financing for Job Sites
- Ordering the Materials Needed to Complete Projects
- Keeping Our Commitments through Proactive Attention to Detail and Execution
- Customer Service Oriented
- Able to Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously while Remaining in Awareness of Completion Dates with an Understanding of Time Management
- Able to Easily Adapt to Time Sensitive Deadlines, with Frequently Changing Priorities in a Customer Satisfaction Driven Environment
- Able to Set and Achieve Monthly Goals & Budgets
- Laser Focused with High Attention to Detail
- Prideful in all Job Tasks, Big or Small
- Superior in Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Etc.)
- Knowledgeable in the Construction Industry (a plus but not mandatory)
- Preferably Bi-lingual (Spanish a plus but not mandatory)

Salary : $24 - $28
