- Accurate Job Tracking
- General Administrative Support for Branch
- Sending P.O.’s
- Answering phones
- Dispatching repairs
- Filing
- To Assist the Construction Coordinator, Office Manager, Project Managers, and Construction Managers as Requested
- Able to Adapt: No Construction Experience Required, however, this is an Intermediate Level Position Requiring Previous Administrative/Clerical or Office Management Experience
- Customer Service Oriented
- A Problem Solver with Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Aggressive, with a “Get It Done” Attitude; Self-Motivated & Self-Driven
- A Positive Team Player
- Extremely Self-Organized with A Sense of Urgency
