Treasury Accountant

Treasury Accountant 
System One is partnering with a well-established company in the Broken Arrow area that is in search of a Treasury Accountant to join their collaborative and professional accounting team. This is a role that blends treasury operations with accounting support, including reconciliations, credit card management, and sales tax responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily treasury transactions including recording deposits and working within bank portals

• Reconcile company credit card activity, especially during month-end close

• Support monthly and quarterly close processes

• Assist with closing purchase orders and ensuring accuracy of financial records

• Handle sales tax filings and provide support during audits

• Perform account reconciliations and ensure data integrity

• Work within QuickBooks and Epicor ERP systems

• Utilize Excel for financial analysis, including pivot tables and data manipulation

Qualifications:

• Experience in treasury, accounting, or related financial operations

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables required)

• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Epicor ERP preferred

• Strong understanding of banking transactions and reconciliation processes

• Ability to work independently and audit own work

• Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to ask questions and collaborate
