Territory Sales Manager / Sales Engineer in the
Pacific NW Region
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company revenue and growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and decision-makers to expand market presence
- Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support business planning
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to maximize visibility and demand
- Serve as a technical resource for customers and internal teams regarding product specifications, applications, and troubleshooting
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales activities, pipeline status, and competitive insights
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales management experience in the fluid control industry, with a focus on hydraulic control valves and air release/control valves
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to travel 50–75% within the assigned region, with occasional national or international travel
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel independently to customer sites
- Applicant must reside within the assigned territory
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the manufacturing floor, including eye, ear, and foot protection
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move items weighing between 10 and 50 pounds
