6-month CONTRACT-TO-HIRE opportunity,
Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Free Parking - Must be local to Parsippany, NJ or willing to travel to/from office, as training will be 1-2 days in the office in the beginning. Then it will switch to 2-4 days in the office a month, the remainder of days remote. Free parking, cafeteria on-site.

Provides technical and operational support to Commercial Surety Underwriters by executing underwriting-related processes, managing documentation, and maintaining data integrity across underwriting systems and platforms.

- Virtual with Twanisha and possibly, Associate Manager Elana Sanchez and/or Dan Lewis
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Review and validate financial statements, bond applications, questionnaires, and underwriting documentation
- Enter, update, and audit account, bond, and agency data across underwriting and document management systems
- Support renewal, mid-term, and transactional bond processing within defined authority levels
- Monitor queues and workflows to ensure timely completion of underwriting tasks
- Generate reports related to risk evaluations, portfolio status, and underwriting activity
- Coordinate with agents, service centers, accounting, and claims teams to resolve data or processing issues
- Maintain compliance with underwriting guidelines, authority limits, and documentation standards
- Perform additional operational and system-related tasks as assigned
Physical Requirements:

- Extended periods of sitting
- Predictable attendance with occasional onsite presence for training or meetings
