Responsibilities
- Collaborate across functions to develop technical solutions supporting release (on-market) products and assist R&D in new product development, focusing on manufacturability and transfer into manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate, precise, and legible lab notebooks documenting experiments and procedures.
- Write detailed reports and technical summaries summarizing findings and progress.
- Apply scientific method and experimental design principles to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Utilize scientific expertise to provide solutions to a broad range of technical challenges.
- Define short and mid-term objectives and develop plans to achieve these goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 years relevant experience in the IVD industry or similar, or Master’s degree with 5 years relevant experience, or PhD with 1 year relevant experience.
- Hematology experience is absolutely required, including blood analysis techniques, interpretation of hematologic data, and familiarity with laboratory methodologies.
- Some leadership experience, such as project lead, project manager, or supervisor, with a proven track record of leading projects or teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
