Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed PE Roadway Engineer with 8 to 15 years of experience in roadway design, particularly with PennDOT and PA Turnpike projects. This individual will play a key role in roadway modeling, design, and plan development while also contributing to the growth and mentorship of early-career engineers (0–5 years).
Key Responsibilities:

Lead roadway design and modeling efforts for PennDOT and PA Turnpike projects.

Develop and oversee roadway plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

Ensure compliance with PennDOT, PA Turnpike, and AASHTO design standards.

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to deliver high-quality transportation solutions.

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to EIT staff (0–5 years) to support their professional development.

Work alongside senior engineers, leveraging their expertise while contributing to a dynamic team environment.
Qualifications:

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain through reciprocity).

8–15 years of roadway engineering experience, with a strong background in PennDOT and PA Turnpike projects.

Proficiency in roadway modeling and design software (MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D, etc.).

Experience developing roadway plans and construction documents.

Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentorship and team development.
