Responsibilities
- Identify and define Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases across the organization.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Scientists, and development teams to design AI-enabled solutions.
- Drive product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities.
- Create and manage epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Guide initiatives from concept through delivery, implementation, and adoption.
- Support both new AI product initiatives and enhancements to existing AI solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Communicate priorities, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 10 years of IT experience, including 7-8 years as a Product Owner.
- Candidates with a combination of Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, and/or Data Analyst experience will be considered, provided they have significant Product Owner experience leading strategy, requirements, roadmaps, and Agile delivery.
- Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases, products, or initiatives.
- Experience identifying business opportunities for AI adoption and translating them into product requirements.
- Experience creating and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, epics, features, and user stories.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architects, data teams, and developers.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
- Ability to understand technical architectures and work effectively in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other Agile/Product certification.
- Experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives.
- Experience working with Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI delivery teams.
