Salary: $75k-$83k (Direct Hire)

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business
Requirements:
4 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or supply chain management.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills required.
Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems SAGE preferred (other Oracle, SAP, Net Suite).
Experience in CPG (consumer packaged goods) environment is required.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
Supply & Production Planning
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and business objectives.
- Translate demand into production, inventory, and procurement requirements.
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels to support service targets while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Balance plant capacity, labor availability, and material constraints in planning decisions.
- Monitor inventory performance, safety stock levels, and replenishment strategies.
- Lead initiatives to reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Partner with Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to support Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) processes.
- Coordinate with manufacturing leadership to resolve supply constraints and production risks.
- Communicate supply risks, shortages, or delays proactively to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning systems, tools, and workflows.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics including service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and capacity utilization.
- Implement best practices to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Maintain planning data within ERP/MRP systems (Sage).
- Develop and maintain reporting to support executive visibility into supply performance.
- Support system enhancements and planning automation initiatives
