Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve asset maintenance and reliability strategies
- Identify and mitigate asset reliability risks impacting plant operations
- Lead failure analysis, RCA/RCFA, and reliability modeling initiatives
- Support maintenance and production teams with technical expertise
- Participate in equipment design reviews, commissioning, and supplier evaluations
Requirements:
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, operations, or production management
- Experience in bulk pharmaceutical manufacturing and related support systems
- Strong preventive and predictive maintenance expertise (vibration analysis, oil monitoring, thermography)
- Working knowledge of CMMS
- Lean / Six Sigma experience
- Strong communication, documentation, and technical writing skills
