Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst with 5 years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications and business processes. This role is responsible for planning, designing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies across multiple systems and environments, with a strong focus on both manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for integration, regression, and system testing.

• Analyze business and functional requirements to design effective test scenarios and scripts.

• Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.

• Perform manual and automated testing; document test results, defects, and resolutions.

• Manage test data and support test environment coordination.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure complete test coverage and quality outcomes.

• Track defects through resolution and provide clear test reporting and metrics.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in testing processes and automation frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (manual and automation).

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.

• Experience with Tricentis Tosca (Commander and TBox).

• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive test cases.

• Experience supporting enterprise systems (e.g., SAP or SaaS platforms).

Preferred

• Experience with S/4HANA migrations and change impact analysis.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar tools.

• SQL knowledge and scripting experience (VBScript, JavaScript, Python).

• Experience working within CI/CD pipelines.
