Weekend Night shift pays 40 hours for 36 hours worked PLUS shift differential  

System One is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector for a direct hire position in Chattanooga, TN. If you have a strong background in dimensional inspection and quality control of machined components, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform dimensional inspections on machined components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications
• Utilize electronic inspection equipment including:
  • CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
  • Faro Arm
  • Other precision measurement systems
• Conduct inspections using dimensional hand tools such as:
  • Calipers
  • Micrometers
  • Height Gauges
  • Depth Gauges
  • Go/No-Go Gauges
• Verify tolerances and specifications, including tight tolerance requirements ( /-)
• Perform receiving/receipt inspections on incoming materials and components
• Document inspection results and support quality assurance processes

• Experience performing dimensional inspections on machined parts
• Proficiency with CMMs, Faro Arms, or similar electronic measuring equipment
• Skilled in the use of precision hand measuring tools
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
• Experience with receiving/receipt inspections preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
