Job Title: Project Manager – Construction

Location: Manassas, VA
Pay Rate: $52/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Experience Required: 5–10 years in construction project management

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Manassas, VA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction project management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for managing multiple projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, safety, and quality.

• Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion.

• Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking performance.

• Monitor project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and provide recommendations.

• Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks using quality management tools.

• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and sponsors.

• Document project learnings and share knowledge with other teams.

• Assign resources to tasks, guide and coach project team members.

• Provide feedback and support team development.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
