System One is seeking a Project manager to join our team for a contract to hire opportunity in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of Oil & Gas projects, particularly gas processing, compression, and amine facilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, and profitability
- Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects moving forward
- Monitor project risks, changes, and performance, and implement solutions when needed
- Oversee invoicing, change orders, and project reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support business development efforts and help identify new project opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 10 years of relevant experience in project delivery or project management
- Strong experience in Oil & Gas, especially gas processing, compression, and amine systems
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills
- Knowledge of industry practices, regulations, and project execution processes
- Professional registration is a plus, if applicable
