Annual salary range: $150,000 – $200,000 plus profit sharing.
This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known at the time of the posting, but may change based on the qualifications of the selected candidate, as compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up to ensure safe, timely, and cost-efficient project execution.
- Project Oversight – Manage subcontractors and optimize the utilization of self-performing trades.
- Leadership & Team Management – Lead and coordinate a high-performing project team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and project goals.
- Strategic Project Planning – Define objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards, ensuring projects adhere to corporate and client guidelines.
- Budget & Schedule Compliance – Oversee financial aspects of contracts, ensuring profitability while maintaining adherence to timelines.
- Problem Resolution & Technical Expertise – Provide technical guidance, resolve challenges, and collaborate with stakeholders, including governmental agencies and subcontractors.
- Mentorship & Growth – Support the professional development of team members through mentorship and leadership.
- Market Strategy & Business Development – Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives within the water/wastewater construction sector.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education – Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Certifications – PE and/or DBIA credentialing preferred but not required.
- Industry Experience – 10 years of water/wastewater construction experience, with expertise in contracts, design, finance, and project management.
