Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Accurately input data, manage, and maintain documentation related to Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Health Care Organizations (HCOs), including transfer(s) of value (ToV)
• Review requests received from Business Partners, collaborating to ensure all required information is complete, accurate, and clear
• Track and monitor submitted requests through to final approval of transactions
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to maintain transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance related to ToV to HCPs
• Support all process and system improvements to enhance efficiency, simplicity, and responsiveness
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to HCP engagements and ToV to HCPs

• At minimum, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, pharmaceutical, healthcare administration, or relevant field
• This is an entry level position; prior professional experience or internships at a pharmaceutical company are preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Strong and clear communication skills
• Quick learner with a hands-on approach and proactive attitude
• Project management experience is preferred
• Proven compliance-focused mindset
• Receptive, self-aware, and culturally sensitive, comfortable collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, including international teams
• Experience with Pharma Health Care Compliance system is highly desirable
• Ability to prioritize, identify matters for escalation, and manage ambiguity effectively
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of approval
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organization levels
