Overview
System One has a need to hire a Program Group Admin for one of our business units. This is an administrative role that provides operational support in onboarding, payroll and travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, onboarding, and new hire paperwork, including contracts, tax forms, direct deposit, and benefits enrollment
- Coordinate background checks (First Advantage) and drug screen scheduling
- Facilitate the rehiring process for previous employees, verify eligibility for rehire, and update employee profiles in Bullhorn
- Confirm all new hire, rehire, and reactivation paperwork is complete before payroll
- Review and verify employee timekeeping and hours, process weekly payroll, prepare payroll reports, and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate travel arrangements through travel agents and support invoicing, client guideline compliance, and employee record updates
Requirements
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility for evening or weekend work when required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled at following detailed manuals and instructions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Docs
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Ability to train virtually and work fully remote (reliable internet required)
