Job Title: Product Approval Coordinator

Compensation: $30-$44/hr

Overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product approval and release activities across Plant Operations, R&D, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate status updates, documentation, ownership, deadlines, and next steps in a central source of truth.
• Monitor communications, identify urgent issues, and connect stakeholders quickly to prevent approval or shipping delays.
• Follow applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs), including the Release of Product process:
  • Schedule and manage RTM/RTS meetings using Microsoft Teams.
  • Coordinate sample shipments and approvals with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use checklists and required documentation to maintain compliance and meet or exceed established timelines.
  • Follow up on outstanding actions, communicate risks, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Facilitate timely communication across teams throughout the product release process.
  • As needed, train or guide temporary resources or employees through required procedures and process steps.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, administration, or a similar corporate role.
• 1 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires critical thinking, speed, and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage detailed processes, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, follow-through, and business judgment.
• Ability to learn nuanced procedures, work independently, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, colleagues, or suppliers.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
