Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment (fillers, cappers, labelers, cartoners, shrink wrappers, etc.) to ensure efficient production.
- Assist with equipment set-up, changeovers, and test runs for various products and batch sizes.
- Accurately complete and maintain batch records and other required documentation.
- Follow SOPs, cGMPs, FDA standards, and safety procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with production staff to meet quality and production goals.
- Perform general housekeeping and safety compliance within the packaging area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous packaging experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
