Job Title: Office Authorization Representative
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.50 hourly

Responsibilities
- Review patient charts to identify clinical requirements for authorization
- Contact insurance companies to obtain authorizations and benefits for office visits, procedures, and surgeries
- Collect deductibles or out-of-pocket maximums from patients before procedures or surgeries
- Navigate insurance websites to secure necessary authorizations
- Maintain strong data entry skills and knowledge of Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office Suite
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with team members and insurance providers
- Work independently or collaboratively within a team, multitasking and managing priorities efficiently
- Apply at least two years of experience in medical authorization processes
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical authorization or related field
- Proficiency in data entry and Electronic Medical Record systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
