Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN, firewalls, switches, VPNs).
- Lead or co-lead major infrastructure projects (network redesigns, migrations, hardware upgrades).
- Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain network security (firewalls, access controls, patch management).
- Support Windows Server environments and VMware virtualization.
- Administer DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
- Provide Tier III support for escalated technical issues.
- Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure planning and long-term strategy.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents.
- 5 years of progressive experience in enterprise network and systems administration.
- Strong background in enterprise networking and virtualization (VMware).
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructure is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred certifications: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network , VMware VCP.
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols/services (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
