Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact to coordinate
genomics and multi-omics projects, serving as a navigator for investigators and external partners, and ensuring smooth operational execution. - Set up meetings, maintain calendars, and facilitate communication
among investigators, core directors, and external partners. - Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
- Assist with pricing, service quotes, and support for service agreements.
- Coordinate access to multi-omics platforms and genomics capabilities available through external vendors.
- Support intake, scoping, and documentation of new genomics projects.
- Maintain project records, data tracking sheets, and status summaries for leadership.
- Help streamline investigator engagement and improve the overall experience of partners.
- Bachelor's degree in biology or microbiology
- 8-10 years of relevant laboratory experience
- Requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, including competence in data tracking, documentation, and workflow coordination.
