IT Support (Desktop and Helpdesk)

IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support Technician

Location: Lowell, Arkansas
Type: Full-time, On-site
Compensation: $55k - $65k

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and helpdesk IT support for employees using PCs, Macs, printers, mobile devices, and other office equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
• Assist users with cloud-based and locally installed applications, including Microsoft 365
• Perform day-to-day identity and device administration, including account and group management, MFA and password resets, license assignments, device enrollment, and compliance
• Support employee access to approved AI tools, including Claude and Copilot, by assisting with provisioning, basic troubleshooting, and everyday use
• Manage the service ticket queue and resolve support requests in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the broader IT team and stakeholders to escalate and resolve technical issues
• Ensure IT policies, procedures, and best practices are followed
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting on IT equipment
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, service tickets, and support activities

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IT helpdesk or desktop support within a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including installation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
• Experience troubleshooting printers, mobile devices, and other office technology
• Knowledge of user account administration, MFA, password resets, and device management
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
