Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Wheatland, PA
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00
Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote
Hours: 40.0 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming sales calls, complete initial intake, and route each opportunity to the appropriate sales representative
- Evaluate website inquiries and conduct needs assessments to determine customer fit and purchase readiness
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations through video conferencing platforms
- Develop and sustain relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Log all sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM
- Partner with internal teams to refine sales messaging, target market approach, and campaign execution
- Help develop sales scripts, playbooks, and process documentation to support growth of the inside sales function
- Own sales order creation and related order tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of inside sales experience, ideally in capital equipment, industrial solutions, or technology sales
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals in a high-volume environment
- Strong working knowledge of a leading CRM platform and sales automation tools
