Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Eatontown, NJ
Pay: $62,000 - $65,000 annually to start (salaried! overtime!). Excellent benefits package!

NOTE: May be offered to travel to Utah to train others or to Europe (Poland or Austria) to visit parent company, train, learn, etc.
Two Openings Due to Growth:
We’re hiring 2 Industrial Maintenance Technician as our maintenance team expands.
One role is on 2nd shift and one is on 3rd shift.
This is a hands-on role working on high-speed production equipment in a secure manufacturing facility producing credit cards and smart cards at high volume (20,000 cards per shift).
Shift Options:
- 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sun night – Fri morning | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
(No day shift available)
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and repair high-speed production and automated equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Work on conveyors, printers, feeders, and personalization systems
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs)
- Read schematics and diagnose equipment failures
- Support machine setup and installations
- Use CMMS system to track work, parts, and maintenance activity
- Help reduce downtime and keep production running efficiently
- Operate forklifts and lifts as needed
Travel (Occasional but Required):
This role is primarily based in Eatontown, NJ, but some travel is required:
- Occasional 1–2 week assignments in the U.S. (example: Utah)
- Possible international travel to parent company locations in Europe
Travel is not frequent, but candidates must be open to it.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of hands-on maintenance or mechanic experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical troubleshooting
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, HVAC, automotive, or military maintenance preferred
- Comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Must live within 15–20 miles of Eatontown, NJ
Nice to Have:
- Experience with high-speed production or automation equipment
- CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
- Forklift or warehouse equipment experience
- Lean / 5S / Kaizen experience
- Direct hire role with strong pay and overtime
- Two openings due to company growth
- Real hands-on troubleshooting work (not just PMs)
- Exposure to advanced automation equipment
- Small maintenance team with high impact
