Position: HVAC Field Project Supervisor
Location: Fort Collins, CO 80524
Compensation: $100k-115K Bonus
Summary: Seeking an experienced Field Project Supervisor to lead commercial HVAC projects in the field. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards while serving as the primary onsite contact for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as onsite customer contact; resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
- Coordinate with Project Manager on schedules, scope changes, and project progress
- Supervise field teams, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operations
- Manage labor, materials, and timelines to meet project milestones and budgets
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards
- Track project progress, document updates, and communicate with stakeholders
- Train and mentor technicians; promote quality workmanship and accountability
Qualifications:
- 7 years of commercial HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of systems (chillers, boilers, RTUs, ductwork, piping, etc.)
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
