About the Role
We are seeking a Service Projects Account Executive—a consultative sales professional focused on selling special HVAC projects within the commercial service space.
This is more than a traditional sales role. You will:
- Engage in project design and solution development
- Work closely with internal engineering and operations teams
- Transition closed projects to Project Managers for execution
- Collaborate with experienced field leaders and technicians to ensure successful delivery
Leadership & Team
- Reports directly to Director of Service
- Work alongside a collaborative team of Account Executives
- Partner with senior operations and executive leadership during the interview process

Compensation
- Base Salary: $80K–$90K (flexible for highly experienced candidates)
- On-Target Earnings:
- Year 1: $150K–$160K
- Year 2: $200K
- Uncapped commission structure
- Note: This is a long sales cycle role with a ramp-up period as you build your pipeline
