We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused HVAC Project Sales Representative to join our team in the Phoenix market. If you have experience selling commercial or industrial HVAC projects and enjoy building long-term client relationships, this is an opportunity to earn a strong base salary with unlimited commission while representing high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do
- Develop and grow relationships with commercial building owners, property managers, general contractors, and facility managers.
- Identify and pursue new HVAC project opportunities throughout the Phoenix metro area.
- Generate project estimates and proposals for equipment replacements, retrofits, and system upgrades.
- Manage projects from initial customer meeting through contract award.
- Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to deliver successful projects.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Represent the company with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC project sales or commercial HVAC industry experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, systems, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the Phoenix area.

- Commercial HVAC replacement projects
- Mechanical contracting
- Design-build sales
- Plan and specification work
- Energy efficiency and retrofit projects
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
