Job Title: Global Operational Excellence Lead
Type: Direct Hire
Location: Remote with travel up to 30% international 
Salary Range: $116,000 to $146,000/year plus 7% bonus 

Overview: 
Global Medical Device Company is seeking a strategic Operational Excellence Lead to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Operational Excellence across global manufacturing sites. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead global operational excellence strategy by driving the implementation of OpEx strategy across all manufacturing sites 
• Develop KPI frameworks, align goals with senior leadership and guide teams to improve performance 
• Build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement by delivering training, standardizing processes, and deploy Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies to evaluate operational maturity 
• Evaluate factory maturity levels, identify waste and process variability
• Implement improved systems and tools 
• Provide regular reports to leadership on progress toward world-class operations 
• Deliver education and awareness programs that reinforce operational excellence principles.
• Develop systems, strategies, and tools that raise cost efficiency, customer service, and associate engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks.

• Bachelor of Science required, Master of Science or Business preferred 
• Min of 8 years of experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or similar field 
• 5 years of GMP experience preferably in the medical device industry 
• Experience teaching continuous improvement and problem solving methodologies for multiple manufacturing/production sites 
• Proven ability to lead large scale Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required.
• Training in Lean or other Continuous Improvement methodologies required.
• Change management experience required.

Salary : $116,000 - $146,000
