Job Description:
Perform general facility maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and preventive maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine facility maintenance, including plumbing, lighting, general carpentry, and electrical tasks.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure proper functionality.
- Repair and replace ceiling tiles, flooring, and wall finishes as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of mechanical rooms and workshops.
- Manage supply inventory and order necessary materials.
- Assist with production equipment maintenance as needed.
- Coordinate with outside vendors for repairs and services.
- Utilize the maintenance work order system to track and complete assigned tasks.

Requirements:
