Responsibilities
- Transform complex data into actionable insights to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools.
- Create and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Monitor data quality, perform data validation, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders convincingly.
- Support ongoing automation and enhancements in reporting processes.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and identify trends.
- Document data definitions, reporting logic, and analytical methodologies.
- Partner with teams supporting Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, or Marketing for comprehensive data insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
- Experience analyzing performance metrics and KPIs.
- Knowledge of data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
