Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Cary, IL
Type: Contract
Compensation: $22/hr
Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote
Hours: 9:30am - 6pm CST
Responsibilities
- Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
- Ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.
- Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
- Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
- Work within well-defined procedures, guidelines, and routines to support customer service functions.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and ERP systems is preferred but not required.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
