Job Title: Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Location: Latrobe, PA, United States

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00
Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Latrobe Operations teams to identify opportunities for improvements and lead projects to drive enhancements and cost savings.
• Work closely with the production floor and managers to facilitate progress on improvement projects.
• Track performance and provide regular updates on project progress and results.
• Develop contacts within the Latrobe plant involved in continuous improvement and cost savings activities.
• Identify and develop projects (Kaizen/Six Sigma) to improve operational areas and achieve savings.
• Coordinate with leadership to validate project savings, classifications, and methodologies.
• Document all projects and maintain the CI Library on TM Sharepoint.
• Ensure proper tools and methodologies are used across departments for CI/CS projects.
• Coach supervisors and leadership in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Track and report progress to ensure savings goals are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with Finance to validate cost savings impact on P&L.
• Standardize improvement areas for future reference and work with internal/external resources for machinery standardization and repairs.

Requirements

• Experience in continuous improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate operational improvement projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coach and collaborate with teams.
• Manufacturing safety awareness and standard method of work knowledge.
• College degree or equivalent experience required.
