- Conduct job benchmarking using market data and internal leveling
- Review and refine job descriptions in collaboration with HR and business leaders
- Clean and organize compensation-related data for accuracy and reporting
- Assist in the preparation and administration of incentive compensation letters
- Support the development and improvement of compensation policies and procedures
- Collaborate with HRBPs and recruiters to align compensation recommendations with company guidelines
- Provide ad hoc compensation analysis and reporting as needed
- 2–4 years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards
- Experience with job leveling, benchmarking methodologies (e.g., Radford, Mercer), and market pricing
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools
- Experience writing or reviewing job descriptions
- Comfortable working with confidential data and exercising sound judgment
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with incentive compensation plan administration
- Knowledge of FLSA classification and pay equity best practices
- Hourly Rate: $52–$55/hour depending on experience
