Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer quotations, order entry, processing, and acknowledgements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and distributor inquiries
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments and provide order status updates
- Partner with warehouse, logistics, service, and sales teams to ensure exceptional customer support
- Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and assist with regulatory documentation
- Maintain CRM records and ERP system data accuracy
- Support service, sales, and distributor training events
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational projects
- Provide administrative support and collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred
- Experience in a customer-focused, operations, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable interacting with customers, distributors, and senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Direct interaction and visibility with the CEO
- Exposure to global customers and distributor networks
