Job Title: Clinic Administrator
Location: Tulsa, OK

Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $50000 - $80000 annually
Work Model: Onsite

System One is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Clinic Administrator to oversee daily operations and support the continued growth of a local healthcare organization. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong managerial, administrative, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in clinic operations, human resources, business development, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to clinical and administrative staff

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care

• Manage and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance oversight

• Support financial management, budgeting, and reporting

• Drive process improvements and support business development initiatives

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Progressive leadership and management experience

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience (preferred)

• Strong communication and teaching/coaching abilities

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficient in computer systems and software applications
