Job Title: CAD Designer
Location: Irwin, PA
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $65,000.00-$75,000.00
Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain CAD drawings and 3D models for valve components and assemblies
- Prepare fabrication and assembly drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and materials specified
- Develop installation drawings and service documentation
- Update drawings based on engineering changes, manufacturing feedback, and customer needs
- Support new product development and design modifications
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure designs are manufacturable and compliant
- Apply GD&T standards and support prototype testing
- Assist with tooling and fixture design for production efficiency
Requirements
- Associate degree in Mechanical Design, CAD Technology, or related field
- 2 years of CAD design experience in manufacturing
- Proficient in Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of drafting standards, GD&T, and tolerance analysis
- Familiarity with machining processes (CNC turning, milling, grinding, assembly)
- Valve design or ERP/PLM experience a plus
