Responsibilities
- Conduct experiments to identify and validate drug targets related to cardiometabolic health.
- Support assay design, optimization, validation, and data analyses for next-generation sequencing applications.
- Design and execute molecular and cell biology experiments, including RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, snRNA-seq, and other -seq library preparations.
- Troubleshoot and analyze complex data to support drug discovery projects within the Cardiometabolic Research team.
- Present research findings and conclusions orally and in written reports to team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with next-generation sequencing library preparation, including RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, and snRNA-seq.
- Strong background in molecular and cell biology techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis related to sequencing experiments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-therapeutic team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Genetics, or related field; 0 years of relevant experience.
