Job Title: Accounts Receivable Representative II
Responsibilities
- Process customer invoicing and handle administrative duties related to accounts receivable
- Correctly record and process customer payments and checks on a regular basis
- Communicate effectively with customers to collect overdue payments
- Use relevant software for processing invoices and recording data
- Resolve discrepancies related to invoices
- Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform backup duties with the accounting team and support project-based assignments
- Maintain strong customer service skills and build good relationships with clients
- Work independently and utilize basic computer software such as Microsoft Office
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma with accounting experience
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers
- Strong customer service skills and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Experience with invoicing and accounting software is preferred
- 0+ years of relevant experience (as indicated by minimum experience of 0)
