01 Electrician - HVAC Controls & Service Projects (Contract-to-Hire)
Pay: $40-$60/hr DOE
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
We're looking for an experienced 01 Electrician with a strong background in HVAC systems, electrical work, and controls to support commercial retrofit, tenant improvement, and remodel projects.
Responsibilities
  • Perform disconnect/reconnect work, wiring, lighting, and controls installations
  • Troubleshoot electrical and HVAC control systems
  • Work on commercial retrofit, TI, and remodel projects
  • Travel between multiple job sites throughout the week
Qualifications
  • Strong commercial electrical experience
  • HVAC controls experience preferred
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Experience
  • Building automation/controls systems
  • ABB, Niagara, and Tridium controls
