What are the responsibilities and job description for the Documentation Quality Specialist position at System One Holdings, LLC?
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as a critical link between leadership and the quality and safety documentation teams to ensure compliance with government and 3rd party certifications.
- Oversee the entire document change control process, including obtaining clarification when needed and ensuring all supporting documentation is included.
- Act as a liaison between site personnel and the quality and safety documentation teams to facilitate the review and completion of documents relevant to industry changes.
- Play a key role in ensuring our CAPA and correction program meets OSHA, FSMA, and SQF requirements.
- Routinely conduct safety and food safety documentation audits on the operation floor to ensure programs match our internal programs.
- Collaborate with quality management to develop and implement effective self-inspection and internal audit programs.
- Pre-approve and route SOP's and WI reviews for required signature approval in the electronic Document Management System (DMS).
- Ensure that all controlled documents are current, up-to-date, and ready for audit at all times.
- Verify the accuracy of safety and food safety monitoring records and follow up with process owners on nonconformances.
- Facilitate training to maintain compliance with OSHA, FSMA, and SQF requirements.
- Develop training programs via ALCHEMY to educate required personnel.
- Monitor personnel training status prior to hire or as scheduled.
