Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with an existing client base
- Conduct software demonstrations and solution presentations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the assigned account portfolio
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all account activity and pipeline status
- Meet monthly and quarterly KPIs for revenue retention and account growth
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business association meetings
Requirements
- 3 years in sales or account management
- Experience engaging C-suite and operations-level decision makers
- CRM proficiency
- Valid driver's license; willingness to travel within territory
Preferences
- Experience selling SaaS or software solutions to business clients
- Familiarity with retail analytics, workforce management, or operational intelligence platforms
- Experience with sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft
