Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Raritan, NJ
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80,000
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite
Responsibilities
- Provide project support to the Global Head, Strategy and Execution team and other executives on the team.
- Provide support with calendar management, internal and external meeting support, expense reports, org. charts, distribution lists.
- Work on complex meeting set-ups
- Partner with other admins on team and assist the Executive Admin Asst.
- Provide ad hoc support across the team as needed
Requirements
- BS/BA preferred, will accept candidates with relevant experience in lieu of education
- 1-2 years Pharma industry experience is required
- 2 years of project coordination experience
- Experience with calendar management, Concur, eMarketplace and other systems is required.
- Must be detailed-oriented and highly organized.
- Must be able to support high volume of tasks for large teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, pro-active can work on own, as well as within a team environment is required.
