Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Distributed Energy Services (DES), Customer Project Management Systems (CPMS), PowerClerk, Project Center, Salesforce, and Pega Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise workflow and case management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria)
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams
- Translate business requirements into workflow, case management, and integration solutions
- Create process flows, wireframes, interface specifications, and data mapping documentation
- Support UAT, release planning, defect triage, and production deployments
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel (Power Query/Pivot)
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies using Jira or Azure DevOps
- Prepare technical documentation including SDDs, SOPs, and Traceability Matrices
- Provide application troubleshooting and production support
- Work on AI, Agentic AI, and GenAI-enabled business solutions

Note: Candidates must be local to the New York area and available to work onsite 2–3 days per week.
